After reading about Roberta Isleib's books on the Golfblogger's website (see the sidebar for a link), I decided I would like to read one of the books just to see what it was like. So, I ordered Six Strokes Under from the web. I'm about half way through it and so far I have one question: The main character, Cassie, is surrounded by shrinks and psychologists, but yet none of them seem to care that she's seen a man dying and or dead. You'd think they would be asking her how she feels about that. But no.
And there are a lot of characters in the book. I'm having a hard time keeping track of all of them. Romance novels don't have a lot of characters. And the Nero Wolfe mysteries I read also have just a few characters.
