A fellow by the name of Nolan Matthias was nice enough to leave a comment on one of my previous posts. So, I checked out his website. You should check it out too. It's very thought provoking, in that way that I had to think in my Essentials of Leadership class in college. I still have that Steven Covey book around here somewhere.
